

Robyn has over thirty years’ legal experience. Robyn joined Morrison & Sawers in 1975 as an Article Clerk and became a Director of the firm in 1989. For the past twenty years Robyn has practiced predominantly in Family Law and Wills and Estates. Robyn has experience and expertise in all areas of Family Law. Her comprehensive and sensible advice assists clients to obtain the best possible outcome for them. Robyn also provides advice to clients in relation to the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorneys including complex Wills involving Testamentary Trusts. Robyn has successfully made a number of Family provision claims on behalf of clients.


Brooke joined Morrison & Sawers in 2011 as a lawyer and has been a Director since 2018.
Brooke practices in litigation and dispute resolution having extensive experience in State Courts and State Administrative Tribunals.
Brooke has a broad range of experience in commercial matters including, insolvency, contract, property, consumer and competition, and trusts and estate matters.
Brooke also has a particular interest in general commercial law, including contracts, business sales and acquisitions, wills and estate planning, probate and trusts. She is routinely involved in all aspects of property transactions including the preparation of, and review and advice on, contracts for sale, transfer duty advice, due diligence and settlements. Brooke acts for a wide range of clients on matters ranging from the sale and purchase of residential property though to the acquisition and disposal of large scale commercial properties and farming properties. Brooke has a strong working knowledge of the Victorian and New South Wales Office of State Revenue who both play key roles in property transactions.


Polly was born and raised in the Goulburn Valley and commenced her employment with Morrison & Sawers as a seasonal clerk in 2012 before completing her Law Degree in 2013. Polly was admitted to practice in 2015.
Polly is an important member of our Family Law team, predominately practising in Parenting and Property matters as well as Family Violence Intervention Order matters. Polly also practices in Wills and Estates and Victims of Crime.
Her friendly demeanour ensures she is able to develop a good rapport with all of her clients whilst providing sound and forthright advice. Polly is sensitive to her client’s needs in what is often a difficult time and guides her clients through the process.
Outside of work, Polly is an involved member of the Goulburn Valley community. Polly is a volunteer at the Goulburn Valley Community Legal Service and is a Board Member of the Shepparton Arts Museum Foundation.

Meagan was admitted to practice in 2018 and practices predominately in the area of Family Law.
Meagan has provided advice and represented clients in a broad range of parenting issues including Recovery Orders, Location Orders, Airport Watch List Orders and Relocation Orders. Meagan can also provide advice in relation to property matters in married and de facto relationships.
Meagan has experience working in the Shepparton Family Violence Court, and can give advice on parenting issues, including the children’s living arrangements and the time spent with each parent, and Intervention Order matters in family violence situations.
Meagan works with a broad range of clients, including Legally Aided clients. Meagan is able to make applications for Legal Aid for clients where required.

James was born in Goulburn Valley and has remained in the area his whole life. James completed his traineeship with Morrison & Sawers and was admitted to practice law in 2018.
James has experience in Property Law – conveyancing, sale and purchase of business contracts, leases and debt collection.

Jaime grew up in Alice Springs and moved to Kyabram in 2012. Jaime commenced her studies in 2015 and completed her degree in Bendigo in 2019 obtaining a Bachelor of Laws at Latrobe University.
Jaime commenced employment at Morrison & Sawers Lawyers in 2015 and has worked part-time throughout the course of her studies.
Jaime commenced as a Graduate Lawyer in November 2019.

Jessica grew up in Mildura before moving to Melbourne in 2016 to commence her studies. Jessica completed her degree in 2019, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws at the Australian Catholic University.
Jessica completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in August 2020.
Jessica has a keen interest in Family and Criminal Law and is currently undertaking a Master of Laws, specialising in Family Law.
Jessica joined Morrison & Sawers as a Lawyer in March 2021.
Outside of work Jessica enjoys going on road trips with her partner, spending quality time with family and friends, and playing netball.

Michele has over 30 years of experience in the legal industry and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has obtained a Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing).
Michele is an excellent communicator and develops strong working relationships with Banks, Real Estate Agents, and clients to ensure that the best possible result is obtained.
With experience in the area of Probate, Michele’s caring and understanding approach helps to guide our clients through the often emotionally difficult process of Estate Administration.

Penny commenced her Law Clerk career with Morrison & Sawers over thirty-five years ago and is a highly valued member of our team.
Penny’s significant experience ensures that she is well equipped to deal with all types of conveyancing including residential, rural, and commercial conveyancing transactions.
Penny enjoys strong working relationships with our clients and her attention to detail and excellent organisational skills ensure that conveyancing transactions proceed as smoothly as possible and in a timely manner.

Rebecca commenced employment with Morrison & Sawers in 2000 and has over ten years’ experience as a Probate and Conveyancing Clerk.
Having worked in this area for a number of years, Rebecca understands the emotional nature of the Estate Administration, and offers a practical yet sensitive and supportive approach to assist our clients through a very difficult time.
Rebecca’s significant experience ensures that our Estate matters proceed as smoothly as possible.
